CHATURBILL, ECHST.NET, Paymentico? The short answer
Cam platforms do not bill under their own names. The line on your statement belongs to the platform's billing company or to a payment processor: CHATURBILL.COM and MMBILL.COM are Chaturbate, ECHST.NET is Jerkmate, Paymentico is Stripchat or Xtease, JWSbill.com is LiveJasmin, GRANITY ENTERTAINMENT is CAM4, and EPOCH.COM, Segpay and CCBill work for several sites at once. Each company publishes a support line and a lookup form that finds the purchase from two details, such as your email and your card number, so a line that looks strange usually turns familiar within a minute.

Which platform is behind the line on your statement
A line you do not recognize is an unsettling thing to find on a statement, and cam site charges cause it for one plain reason: every platform in our catalogue bills through a company whose name looks nothing like the site. The help pages call it discreet billing; for anyone reading a statement, it simply means the line names the biller. This is how the names line up, as the platforms and their billers published them in October 2026.
| On your statement | Platform (who bills) |
|---|---|
| CHATURBILL.COM, MMBILL.COM | Chaturbate (its own direct billing) |

| JWSbill.com | LiveJasmin (JWS Americas, Luxembourg) |
| MFCBill.com*Tokens, MFCGate.com*Tokens | MyFreeCams (NetBilling or Rocketgate) |
| csoda-bill.com | CamSoda (Rocketgate) |

The first eight rows each point to one brand. The last three are processors that work for many merchants, cam sites among them, so the detail after the asterisk, or the receipt in your inbox, tells you which site it was.
CHATURBILL.COM and MMBILL.COM mean Chaturbate
Chaturbate runs its own card billing, and both names belong to it. CHATURBILL.COM and MMBILL.COM appear when you buy tokens with a card billed directly; if Epoch handled the payment, whether by card or PayPal, the line reads EPOCH.COM instead. Chaturbate’s billing team answers at (877) 338-7068 from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific, and the support line on chaturbill.com is (877) 338-7047. The form on chaturbill.com finds a purchase from any two of three details: the subscriber ID in your email receipt, the card number or the email address.
ECHST.NET and EPOCH.COM *ICFTECHNOL: Jerkmate
ECHST.NET is the payment service of ICF Technology, the Las Vegas company behind Jerkmate and the Streamate network, in business since 2005. Its home page has a Look Up form and live support 24 hours a day, by phone at 1-866-452-5108 as well as by chat and email. A small charge of about $2 is usually the authorization Jerkmate places the first time an account enters a paid area, and it counts toward the first purchase. EPOCH.COM *ICFTECHNOL and PayPal *ICFTECH are the other two lines Jerkmate lists. Our Jerkmate review covers its billing rules in full.
The card check and the $2 authorization are explained line by line in Is Jerkmate legit?
Paymentico and the other Stripchat and Xtease lines
Stripchat and Xtease share an operator, Technius Ltd, and the same set of billers. Card purchases usually show Paymentico, with EPOCH.COM *Technius as the second processor; the help centers of both sites also list SegpayEU.com-TechChat, centrobill.com and Technius Ltd. Paymentico answers US callers at 1-855-877-7020, Epoch at 1-800-893-8871, and Segpay at 1-888-376-0948 for these two sites. Packs are prepaid and bought one at a time, so each purchase is a separate line of its own amount.
Epoch, Segpay and CCBill: one name, many sites
These three processors bill for thousands of websites, and all three let you find a purchase on your own:
- Epoch: Find My Purchase works from any two of four fields, and the toll-free line is +1 800 893 8871.
- Segpay: the Consumer Portal needs two of three kinds of detail, from a card, PayPal or purchase number to your email, with live agents around the clock; CamSoda lists 1-866-450-4000.
- CCBill: you pick how you paid, then enter two pieces of information among your email, your card or transaction number and the subscription ID; CamSoda lists 1-888-596-9279.
The tools show the merchant behind the charge and its status, which settles most questions in a minute.
You type the two details and press search. The purchase comes back with its date and the name of the site, and the line that bothered you over morning coffee turns out to be last Friday night, the one you remember. You close the tab and get on with the day.
JWSbill, MFCBill, GRANITY ENTERTAINMENT and the rest
LiveJasmin bills as JWSbill.com or CCbill.com, depending on the provider. JWS Americas, its company in Luxembourg, sends an email receipt with every order and takes billing questions at help@jwsbill.com.
MyFreeCams uses four processors, each with its own neutral line: MFCBill.com*Tokens, CCBill.com *ActiveSoft, MFCGate.com*Tokens and SegPay*MFCXY, which also covers PayPal. Every purchase is charged once.
CAM4 puts GRANITY ENTERTAINMENT on the statement for tokens and Gold, whichever processor handled the card, and its billing support page points you to that processor for the transaction. Fan clubs are billed by Segpay.
CamSoda shows the processor’s name: EPOCH.COM *SECURELIVE for PayPal, otherwise Epoch, Segpay, CCBill or csoda-bill.com, which answers at 1-844-893-2510. ImLive appears as CCbill.com *I.M.L. SLU. or Epoch.com *I.M.L. SLU., and BongaCams as EPOCH or SegPay.
Asking for a refund: what each platform’s rules say
Refunds follow the platform’s own terms, and the billing company applies them. Support is often the quickest door: one Stripchat member wrote that support answered within minutes and had the problem settled in less than an hour. Each rule below comes from the terms or help center of the site, as quoted in our reviews.
| Platform | What works in your favor |
|---|---|
| MyFreeCams | Unspent tokens from the past 30 days back to your card, up to $1,000; full refund within 30 days for a new member who used 200 tokens or fewer |
| Stripchat, Xtease | Last package refunded if paid by card or PayPal less than 30 days ago and not spent |
| ImLive | Unspent credits bought within 30 days refunded; satisfaction guarantee of up to 25 credits on a first purchase |
| Chaturbate | Unspent tokens withdrawn through support, minus processor fees; billing errors reported within 30 days |
| LiveJasmin | An untouched pack refunded to the payment method; claims within 24 hours |
| BongaCams | A pack you have not started refunded to your card; claims within 24 hours |
| CamSoda | Double billing and technical errors corrected; a private the model ends early refunded automatically |
| CAM4 | Each request reviewed; group tickets refunded when a show is canceled or cut short |
| Jerkmate | Sales final; free time or a discount after a technical problem; billing errors reported within 30 days |
Each review linked in the table gives the rule in full, with its date.
If you do not recognize a charge
Before anything else, look for the receipt in your inbox, check the accounts you hold on these sites, and ask anyone else who uses the card. Then use the biller’s lookup form or support line from the sections above, with the date and the amount of the charge. Never send a full card number by email, a point CCBill makes in its own help pages.
If the purchase still is not yours, tell your card issuer. For a credit card, the FTC’s consumer guide says to write to the address for billing inquiries so that your letter arrives within 60 days after the first bill with the error was sent; the issuer has 30 days to acknowledge it and 90 days to resolve it.
And if a stranger contacts you about a charge or about a cam room and asks for money, do not pay. Our page on what to do about sextortion explains the next moves.
Most of the time it never comes to that. The line is a biller’s name, the receipt is waiting in your inbox, and the evening it paid for was your own.
