Who is behind Jerkmate

Jerkmate is two websites run by two companies, and that alone makes some people wonder whether Jerkmate is legit before they ever open a room. You browse and choose on jerkmate.com, published by Sellitize Ltd in Limassol, Cyprus. When a room opens, you are on jerkmatelive.com. There the shows and every payment belong to ICF Technology, Inc., a Las Vegas company whose terms are governed by Nevada law. ICF has run the Streamate network since 2003, and Jerkmate is one of the ways in. The storefront calls the two halves parts of the same system, and from your side of the screen it feels like one: you pick a room on the first site, and the model answers you on the second.

A company that wants to stay hidden does not publish this much. The terms of service, last updated July 31, 2026, name the company and set out its billing rules in plain English. Support answers 24 hours a day, holidays included, through live chat or email, and by phone on a toll-free US line, (866) 941-3982. In the UK, Ofcom listed Jerkmate on June 26, 2025 among the services that had committed to checking ages. No data breach involving Jerkmate appears on the public record.

Scale tells you the rest. On the afternoon of October 15, 2026, the Toys category of the live site alone had 1,456 models online. A front with recorded loops does not need categories that big, nor member reviews on every profile. A forum member who knows the network well had a warmer word for the models in those rooms: welcoming. The same member liked how easy the search is and how many niches there are.

Signing up takes an email, a password and a card. The card is part of the age check, and the live FAQ is direct about the rest: you are not charged unless you join a paid chat, and the membership carries no monthly or recurring fee.

The terms add the detail behind the small charge new members ask about most. The first time you walk into a paid area, Jerkmate places an authorization of $2 or one full minute of the show, whichever is higher. That amount counts toward your first purchase. On a statement it is a short ECHST.NET line and nothing more.

Jerkmate bills under the network’s names, never its own. The support page lists three:

If you want to know what a line covers, the terms let you ask support for a detailed statement of your usage by email, at supportteam@jerkmatelive.com. A line that looks wrong should be raised within 30 days of first appearing; after that the terms treat it as accepted, including for questions from your bank.

Subscriptions, partner offers and refunds

Using Jerkmate takes no subscription. A public room and its chat cost nothing, and paid time is billed by the minute while a chat is open. Two kinds of purchase do renew, and you pick each one yourself. Some models run fan clubs by the month. The terms also describe premium memberships, plans of 30 days that renew, whose price and renewal are shown to you before you authorize them. Each one is listed on your account page, and stopping the renewal there lets your access run to the end of its 30 days.

On refunds the rule is short: all sales are final. If you hit a technical problem and can show you tried to solve it, Jerkmate may make it up with free time or a discount. Two habits of the system protect your money every day. Billing stops the moment a paid chat closes, even when the connection drops, and a GOLD show the model calls off is never charged.

How Jerkmate protects your account and your budget

Most of the safety tools sit in your account from the very first day:

• A daily spending limit applies to every member, and you can lower it to $25; the terms count it over a rolling 12-hour window.
• Two-factor sign-in by text message is on offer for US accounts.
• Performers have no access to your account or billing details, and staff never ask for card numbers in a chat room.
• Prices of a private and an exclusive show in your currency before you enter.
