In short

The Cam Verdict is a free information site about adult cam platforms, for adults only. Reading it means accepting these terms. The site sells nothing itself: when you buy on a platform, you deal with that platform under its own terms.

Adults only

The site is reserved for people aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where they live if it is higher. It shows no explicit images, but it covers services for adults. If you are not of age, leave the site. Parents can block the site with parental controls: every page carries the RTA label and the "adult" rating.

The site never explains how to get around an age check. If a platform asks you to verify your age where you live, that is the law of your country or state.

What the site publishes

Reviews, comparisons and guides written from official pages, terms of service, prices read on a given date and public sources. The site hosts no user content and no comments.

Prices are indicative

Prices are given with the date they were read. Platforms change them often, and the final amount can vary with taxes, your bank's exchange rate and the offers of the moment. The price that counts is the one the platform shows you before you pay.

What you can do with the texts

You can quote a short extract of a page with a link to it and the name of the site. Copying a whole page, a table or a calculation to republish it needs our written agreement.

The platforms are third-party services

The platforms named on the site are run by independent companies. Their content, their prices, their age checks and the way they handle your data are their responsibility, under their own terms, which you should read before signing up.

Paid links

Links to the platforms are paid links: we earn a commission when you sign up or buy through them, at no extra cost to you. The advertising disclosure explains how it works. Visitors from countries where buying a cam show is a crime are not sent to any platform.

Removal requests

If a screenshot, a name, a trademark or a piece of personal data on the site concerns you, the content removal page explains how to ask for it to be removed and how fast it is handled.

Not advice

The site gives general information. It is neither legal nor financial advice.

Limits of liability

We take care to publish accurate, dated information and to correct mistakes quickly. We cannot guarantee that a platform's prices or rules have not changed since the date shown. To the extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the site, nor for what happens on a third-party platform.

Changes

These terms can change; the date at the top shows the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
