18 U.S.C. 2257 exemption statement

The Cam Verdict (thecamverdict.com) is not a producer, primary or secondary, of any visual content covered by 18 U.S.C. 2257, 18 U.S.C. 2257A or 28 C.F.R. Part 75. The site does not produce, publish, host, embed or display any visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct, or of simulated sexually explicit conduct.

The site is made of text and tables. Where a page shows a screenshot of a platform's public page, any explicit or nude content is blurred in the image file itself before publication; the original is never published. The site shows no live stream, no video, no embedded player and no thumbnail served by a platform.

The platforms the site writes about are operated by third parties, which are responsible for their own record-keeping obligations.
